Diaper Kits

We've been thinking about switching to cloth diapers since we're already paying a arm and leg for diapers. We can't imagine how much diapers are going to cost once our little one gets here with 3 in diapers. So in all my research and shopping around yesterday I found a great website www.diaperkits.com where you can make your own cloth diapers for less than half the price. They're super cute too. So if you're good with a sewing machine and looking into cloth diapers here is your website.

Brightyn's Birthday Party

Hayden & his future wife Lauren (they were born at the same hospital, the same day, just a few hours apart (Hayden's older lol) ) This is Ryan's old mission companion's little girl.

So instead of loading all the pictures 5 at a time I put them into a slide show. Check them out. They're really cute!

Brightyn had a great party. He was so tired by the end that he was ready to go home and didn't want any of his cake or open his presents. So my mom and grandma came over early the next morning and brightyn opened presents then.

Brightyn's Actual Birthday 7-24-08

We couldn't do nothing for Brightyn's actual birthday since his birthday party wasn't until Friday so we went over to my mom and step dad's house for dinner. After dinner we let Brightyn open his presents from Ryan's side of the family since I wanted him to open something and he wanted to get into those all day. So here are a few pictures of Brightyn opening and enjoying his presents from his Grandma and Grandpa Mills, Aunt Linley and Uncle Austin, and Great Grandma Mills. He LOVES them!!!

Happy 2nd Birthday Brightyn

Brightyn mommy & daddy wanted to wish you a happy birthday!! You light up our lives and those that you come in contact with on a daily basis. You never ceese to amaze us with your knowledge, attitude, and love. When we held you for the first time it was such a scary feeling to know that someone will be relying on us for the rest of your life but such a wonderful feeling at the same time. We are so proud to be your parents and love spending every moment with you. We hope that you have such a great birthday and we raise you the way Christ would have us do. We wish only the best things for you on your special day and for the rest of your life. We love you so much and we're so glad that we were the lucky mommy & daddy that you were sent to!

I think I'm Ready

I think I am all ready for Brightyn's party on Friday except buying the food Thursday night. I have the shelter house rented , the bounce house on its way, the decorations in a box, party favors done, pin the tire on lightening and mater made,

the cake & balloons ordered, prize bags put together

table weights made (aren't these little guys so cute!!) .

I am starting today to feel a lot better about being prepared for his birthday. If anyone knows me well I'm like Santa Clause I make a list but check it about 20 times a day. I like things organized so when the day comes I'm not super stressed. **Sigh of relief** Now I can enjoy taking Hayden to get shots tomorrow (NOT!!) and going to pick up my grandma that is coming in for Brightyn's 2nd birthday party. I am so excited!!!!

Today was one of Hayden's most photographic days. I thought these pictures were awesome especially because you can see Hayden's new top 4 teeth. Now he's cutting the other two on the bottom but so far so good with no being cranky.

We came down from running upstairs yesterday before church to find Brightyn and Hayden into a bag of M&M cookies. Don't they look so yummy. Brightyn was not happy when we told him he had to change before we could go to church since he was a mess.
